MYCJ members coordinated strikes in 5 cities around Maine, joining over a million youth in 2,000 cities around the world. Students and young people walked out of their class, work, and homes to join rallies in solidarity with the rest of the strikers on all 7 continents.Around 1000 Mainers joined demonstrations all over the state.
